In the last programme of the series, Airports Jeremy Spake concludes his search for the country's most demanding job as he assists a Dorset road recovery engineer, who is on call 365 days a year, spends time with a clown bringing laughter to a children's hospital, and travels to the Welsh hills to experience the difficulties of life on the farm.
