Home Ownership Campaign


Following the success of the Help to Buy campaigns in 2014 and early 2015, the next phase of the Home Ownership campaign continued to highlight Help to Buy, but also the many other schemes the government has in place to assist aspiring home owners in attaining their dream of buying their own property (such as Right to Buy and Shared Ownership).

These schemes all had their own specific target demographics, eligibility criteria and benefits, but what they all have in common is they make it easier for people to buy a property, particularly those who might struggle to do so using the traditional mortgage process.

We produced online films, inspirational social content, radio, OOH and press, highlighting to the public that the government was helping them ‘Open the Door’ to owning their own home. These all directed to an informative microsite that detailed what schemes were available, helped identify those they may be eligible to apply for and explained how to do so.
