27th Feb 2001 Alternative Sunday Lunch: Gary Rhodes takes a fresh look at the traditional Sunday lunch. Rejecting all notions of a roast, the chef conjures up creamy smoked haddock "shepherd's pie", hot Cheshire pork pies, smoky lentil soup and warm mini Dundee cakes with whisky sabayon.

6th Mar 2001 Cooking for Numbers: Tonight, Gary Rhodes looks at the classic menu and presents a table of dishes ideal for entertaining a number of people. Recipes include poached ale herrings, country pate, and marmalade cream tart.

13th Mar 2001 Five-Course Celebration: Gary Rhodes ends the series by preparing a five-course meal in a domestic oven. Recipes include seared salmon with fennel-flavoured sauerkraut and warm sole salad. A new series will be shown next year.
