Crufts 2003

1. Gundog breeds take pride of place in the first of four visits to the NEC in Birmingham in this highlight of the canine calendar. Peter Purves and Jessica Holm , with top British judge Frank Kane and US broadcaster and breeder Wayne Cavanaugh , provide commentary while reports on the exhibitions and events come from Melissa Hilton. 2. Working and pastoral breed groups are judged this evening at Birmingham's NEC, providing two further finalists for

3. Terriers and hounds feature in the penultimate day of the dog show, introduced by Philippa Forrester . Elsewhere, Jessica Holm reports on the obedience competition.
Peter Purves covers agility and flyball, Frank Kane and Wayne Cavanaugh assess the breed rings and Melissa Hilton tracks down the more unusual and endearing dogs.
4. The canine competition reaches its climax as Philippa Forrester introduces the concluding programme live from the NEC in Birmingham. The flyball and agiiity competitions will be decided tonight, while toy and utility provide the last two finalists in the breed competition. The evening culminates with the selection of best in show. Peter Purves , Jessica Holm , Frank Kane and Wayne Cavanaugh provide the commentary.
